Clark J. Guild, Jr. (1921-2000) was the firm's founder. Known for his skills as a litigator and tough negotiator. Mr. Guild established the firm's reputation for providing superior legal services. Mr. Guild was recognized as a Distinguished Nevadan by the University of Nevada, Reno in 1989.
